  1. Begin by spending about 3-5 minutes belly breathing, focusing on extending the exhalation.
  2. Shoulder raises (10)
  3. Chin to chest (5)
  4. Torso sway, side to side (10)
  5. Torso rotation (5 each direction)
  6. Torso twist and hold (5 each direction)
  7. Modified sun salutation (5)
  8. Leg raise, point on inhale, exhale flex (2 on each side)
  9. Leg raise, foot rotation (2 on each side)
  10. Close eyes, body scan
