- Begin by spending about 3-5 minutes belly breathing, focusing on extending the exhalation.
- Shoulder raises (10)
- Chin to chest (5)
- Torso sway, side to side (10)
- Torso rotation (5 each direction)
- Torso twist and hold (5 each direction)
- Modified sun salutation (5)
- Leg raise, point on inhale, exhale flex (2 on each side)
- Leg raise, foot rotation (2 on each side)
- Close eyes, body scan
